Returns
You can return or request an exchange (if available) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To proceed, log in to your personal area , select the item you wish to return, and follow the procedure to request a return.
If you would like an exchange, please indicate the desired model and number in the Notes space, as specified in the instructions on the relevant page.
Please note that exchanges are only possible for the same size/color item. If the item is not available, a refund will be automatically issued using the same payment method used to place the order.
You will receive the return procedure via email. Please remember to keep the original order document , which will need to be sent back or brought to the store.
Return Policy
1 - FREE RETURNS IN STORE
You can return your order free of charge to one of our stores.
You must first submit the request online, receive approval, and present the document received in the package at the checkout.
2 - STANDARD RETURN
After completing the online return process, you will need to ship the package, at your own expense, using your preferred courier, to the address indicated on the document included in the order package.
Shipment will only be accepted after approval of the return or exchange via email.
Additional services available upon request (cost €10.00):
- Prepaid postage label provided by us after your request is approved.
- Collection via our courier, the amount will be deducted from the refund.
(Home pickup is only available in select areas and requires someone to be present at the address. A single attempt is allowed; scheduled appointments are not possible.)
Reimbursement
Once the goods are received, our warehouse will check the condition of the items and the original packaging.
The refund will be made within approximately 14 days of receipt, as required by Legislative Decree 206/2005, using the same payment method chosen for the order.
If paying by cash on delivery, you will need to provide an IBAN for the credit.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
Return Policy
Items must be sent or delivered using packaging suitable for transport (preferably the same one in which they were received).
They must be included in their original packaging, such as a shoe box , which must be intact and free from tape or labels that could damage it.
The articles must be:
- Integri
- Not used
- Unwashed
- Not damaged
- Complete with original tag, label or seal still attached
Gipys will not be able to accept returns if these conditions are not met.
