Purchasing from our online shop is easy: choose your favorite product, select the size and color, then add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout by entering the required information and choosing one of our secure payment methods.

It's not possible to select a delivery time during checkout. The day and time slot depend on the couriers responsible for shipping.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor every stage of delivery in real time.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it as soon as possible by contacting us via email at servizioclienti@gipys.it or via WhatsApp (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm).
If the order is already "shipped," you can no longer cancel it. In this case, we recommend refusing delivery to avoid any additional costs related to returning the package.
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €99.90.
For smaller amounts, the cost is €5.99 excluding any additional charges.
The order is delivered to the customer approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch, barring any delays by the courier (processing times are not included; shipping usually occurs within 1-2 working days from order confirmation).
Delivery usually takes place via GLS courier or other available couriers.
We'll keep you updated via email every step of the way, from preparation to shipping and delivery.
In the event of defects or stock errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order, which will be refunded according to the established terms.
Payments made by credit card, prepaid card, and PayPal are accepted.
At checkout, you can also choose to pay in convenient installments via Scalapay or Klarna, if available at the time of ordering, at no additional cost. (Subject to payment approval by the supplier)
Cash on delivery is also available, with a supplement of €6.99.
