The website https://gipys.it is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the non-compliance issues and/or exceptions listed below. Gipys srl is conducting an analysis aimed at making the necessary interventions to make the website accessible and compliant with the standard.

As of the date of this statement, we are aware of the following accessibility issues on our website:

• A session timeout was detected without prior warning. Users might lose data or progress when the session expires.
• Contrast errors were detected on several pages.
• Some elements use the title attribute, which generates native browser tooltips that are not dismissible, not explorable on hover, and not user-controllable.
• Some inline scripts contain patterns that automatically close hover- or focus-triggered content via setTimeout/setInterval, violating the persistence requirement.
• A form or form element is automatically submitted when it receives focus, without explicit user action.
• Data submission does not include a confirmation window or a verification step.

We recognize the importance of resolving these issues and are constantly working to improve the accessibility of our website. Improving accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to making progressive improvements over time to provide an increasingly inclusive experience for all users.

The code evolutions made and those planned for the future have been and will be developed in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. This statement was drafted using an assessment compliant with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 through a self-assessment.

Gipys srl is conducting an analysis to make the necessary changes to make the websites in question accessible and compliant with regulations. Gipys srl aims to progressively improve the experience of its web customers.
